Toka Tu

Toka Tū are a dynamic and energising fusion dance group. They are a fiery combination of contemporary dance and traditional Māori Haka and dance. Toka Tū members have vast professional performance (stage/theatre/screen) experience, ranging from theatrical acting, to modern dance styles and traditional Māori cultural disciplines.

All members are native Te Reo Māori speakers and incorporate dual language (Māori/English) elements into their performances as well as their music, making their style appeal to a wide demographic. Each performance brings a fresh, charismatic and exciting experience to any audience.
