Megan Mansell

A beautiful and bubbly creative, Megan Mansell is an astute and influential broadcasting powerhouse. Megan attended NZ Broadcasting school and majored in on-air and creative. On graduation, she promptly landed the only on-air internship available as breakfast co-host of Classic Hits in Queenstown. After living down South for two years, she beat the odds and secured the job as the day’s announcer on The Edge.

In late 2017 Megan was tapped to replace veteran radio broadcaster JayJay Feeney on The Edge breakfast show - a testament to Megan's exceptional talent and passion as this is one of the most coveted roles in radio broadcasting.

As a self-described plus-sized fashion-loving woman Megan is passionate about helping other women to find clothes in a dire plus-size market and ultimately gain more confidence in themselves.

Her videos struck a chord with viewers. After launching her YouTube channel in March 2016, MTV named her a ‘must-follow’ fashion vlogger, with her channel fast closing in on nearly a million views, not bad for a channel that was only seven months old! Continuing that success in 2019, Megan was named ‘Style Influencer of the Year’ and took out the supreme award ‘Influencer of the Year’ by cult fashion mag Miss FQ.

Megan uses her social presence to motivate, entertain and inspire others. She’s not afraid to tackle challenging topics, and her honesty and candid personality make her naturally likeable.

She’s passionate about public speaking and collaborating with like-minded companies. She's experienced in creating genuine and authentic content for social campaigns, using her warm and approachable manner to take a brief and really bring it to life.

Meg is a talented content creator - a strong writer skilled at producing video and static content. When she’s not on-air with Nickson and Eli, shopping or vlogging, she can be found hanging with her husband, fellow broadcaster Guy, and her daughter Daisy.
