Andrew Papas

Singer, actor, dancer, TV presenter, content creator, entrepreneur and keen baker, the term “triple threat” doesn’t even begin to describe performer Andrew Papas.

Andrew’s list of career achievements would be impressive for someone decades into their career, even more so for someone in his early 30s. Born in South Africa, Andrew’s family immigrated to NZ when he was eight and settled on Auckland’s North Shore.

The stage called to Andrew from a young age; he has been performing in theatre productions, starring in musicals, and hosting TV shows throughout his teens and twenties.

In 2022, Andrew and Megan welcomed their most recent exciting production yet, gorgeous daughter Aiya Audrey completing their family of four along with their firstborn, Bastian Milan. They live in Auckland with Bichon Griffon cross Leo; in Andrew’s downtime he loves cooking and fitness in equal amounts; going for bush walks, watching movies, plays and musicals; traveling and learning about new cultures.

In 2023, Andrew joined the internationally acclaimed vocal ensemble The Ten Tenors, touring Australia and showcasing his powerhouse vocals. He also released new music including the soulful single "Streetlight," continuing his collaboration with producer Will Henderson.

He brings his performer’s passion to whatever role he is undertaking, whether it’s musical theatre, hosting/MCing, voice-work or content creation, all delivered with his trademark positivity and natural warmth.
