Luke Taplin

Multi-talented broadcasting professional Luke Taplin is already a veteran in his field, having been involved in media production both in front of and behind the camera (and microphone) for well over a decade.

Luke has built an impressive skill-set encompassing filming, production, editing and presenting across multiple media platforms, giving him a unique and wide-ranging perspective of what it takes to produce quality content and events.

He has established himself as an authentic and talented presenter, actor and creative communicator, who continues to find success across TV, radio and film. Luke started his media career at TV3 as a camera operator, and is still producing live television with TV3 daily, as floor manager for The Project.

His performing journey has seen him presenting live TV for Sky Sport; anchoring his own sports TV show; an award-winning stint as a radio host on ZM’s night show; entertain packed stadiums as MC for the Auckland Blues; appearing in numeorus commercials, and starring as Sean Fitzpatrick in the TV movie about the life of Jonah Lomu, “Jonah.”
